Safe by default
The same four guardrails sit in front of every write, on every integration, in every AI app.
Every write becomes a plan with a line-by-line diff. A person approves it in the dashboard, or in chat if an admin allows it. Your AI can't approve its own plans.
Supported changes record what they need to reverse. Undo is its own reviewed plan with its own diff, and anything irreversible is flagged before you approve.
Account caps are checked when a plan is built and again right before it's applied, so a change that would blow a cap is blocked.
Every read, plan, approval and undo is logged with who did it and from which AI app. Solo keeps 90 days; Crew keeps a year.

We never train AI models on your data. Ordinary immediate connector reads do not create saved report snapshots. When you use saved reporting, we store definitions, layouts, commentary, imported rows, brand kits and captured data with source receipts. Share links expire after 30 days or can be revoked earlier; this does not delete saved snapshots. The optional hosted agent stores encrypted conversations and tool receipts until deleted or after 30 days without activity; your chosen provider's data terms also apply.
