What a workflow is
A template that runs on a schedule, checks your accounts, and tells you what it found by email. Workflows are plain, predictable code, not an AI improvising at 3am, so they don't use your AI app or cost anything extra.
Note. Workflows never apply changes on their own. If one wants to change something, like adding negative keywords, it creates a plan that waits for approval, exactly like a plan from chat. Budget bumpers apply.

Set one up
- In the dashboard, open Workflows and pick a template.
- Choose the account and the settings (for example, the minimum wasted spend for the search term sweeper). Every setting is validated before it's saved.
- Pick a schedule: hourly, daily, weekly or monthly, in your workspace's time zone (change it under Settings).
- Save. Click Run now to see what it does without waiting for the schedule.
Emails go to the workspace's owners and admins. Each run is kept in the workflow's run history, and anything it proposes shows up under Changes.

Workflows pause when a workspace has no active plan, and pick up again when it does.
